30 Day Work-Out Challenge: Day One


Today we are doing pushups, crunches and squats.

First Do Your Cardio

Beginners: 20 minutes of walking
Intermediate:30 minutes jogging

Advanced: 40 minutes walking



Remember to Rest between sets.

Rest Routine:
Beginners :As you need

Intermindiate: Up to 2 minutes

Advanced: 60 Seconds.
