We are starting a 30 Day Work out Challenge


This is for those who want CHANGE in their bodies.

Do you want to get (back) in shape?

Are you ready to work for those biceps and triceps you have always dreamed of.

Well is starting a 30 day work out challenge.

Every day, for the next 30 days, we would have a series of exercise for those who are serious about exercising.

There are 3 levels.

The beginner,  intermediate and the advanced.

Depending on how much you think you can take, fall into the group that you think is suitable.

All the exercises will be illustrated so you know what to do.

We would be putting up the exercises at 4 am everyday as we know some people need to do it to before going to work.

You don’t have to be up at that time, the post will there for you whenever you are ready.
