Beginners :Run or jog for 2 miles

Intermediate:Run 4 miles

Advanced:  Run 6 miles

Main Exercise

Beginners : 5 reps

Intermediate: 10 reps

Advanced: 20 reps

 

  1. Mountain Climbers
  2. Cross-body Crunches
  3. Side-to-Side Lunges
  4. Leg Raises

 

Rest Between Sets:

Beginners : As long as you need

Intermediate: Up to 2 Minutes

Advanced: 60 Seconds
