The Nigerian Stock Exchange has issued a much awaited official statement on the late filing of Oando’s results.
According to them, they would be looking into the circumstances behind Oando’s late filing of results.
They made this known via a tweet on their official handle @nsenigeria.

We are reviewing the situation regarding the delayed filings of Oando Plc 2014 results and its Q1 and Half year filings.
