Can you know tell how many men a lady has slept with from the color of her vagina?
A debate ensued among us in the office where a few men (and we are very candid) insisted that they can tell. They said there is a way to link the size, shape and colour of the vagina to the number of sexual partners a lady has had
A lady (the only one in our midst) however insisted that it is not true.
She said
“I’ve had darker and external labia for as long as I can remember yet I have zero previous sex partners.
“There seems to be too many people who equate larger labia with number of sex partners.”
I did a little research online and found this.
Dr. Toli Onon, a spokesperson for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) has confirmed that biologically, it is nothing but a myth.
She insists that
“There is no evidence that the labia undergoes any permanent changes as a result of having sex,”
“During orgasm, the labia will become engorged with blood, which will make them appear larger and darker, but this is not long-lasting.”
Apparently apart from orgasm, puberty, pregnancy and weight gain can also affect the overall look of the vagina.
